We did it in an effort to reach out to the family of loyal customers who have spent years visiting our island stores for their jewelry purchases. Are the diamonds in the Kay’s Fine Jewelry collection Conflict-Free Diamonds?

Absolutely! At KFJ, we take great pride in ethically sourcing all our stones and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for conflict diamonds. We assure you that every diamond featured in our collection, sold in our stores, or found on this website is 100% Conflict Free. We source all our stones in full accordance with the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from the mine to the market, and we follow all tenets of the United Nations Resolution to end conflict diamond sales. We partner exclusively with site holders who adhere to these same ethical standards. Should we ever find any of our suppliers around the world to be in violation of our ethics, we will immediately end that relationship. KFJ guarantees that your engagement ring or other diamond purchase made either in our stores or online is Conflict Free. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Are the gemstones in the Kay’s Fine Jewelry collection synthetic or natural?

When you purchase gemstone jewelry from Kay’s Fine Jewelry, rest assured that the spectacular color you enjoy is entirely natural. Unlike some jewelers, KFJ can answer this question with absolute certainty. That is because all our gemstones are sourced by our own family experts. We travel to our cutting factories around the world to hand select and buy rough gemstones. We then use the most advanced and precise stone cutting technology at our processing facility to ensure each gemstone is meticulously examined and cut to the most exacting standards to maximize color, saturation and brilliance. KFJ Natural Precious gemstones are heated with full adherence to industry standards in order to bring out their natural color and are rated AA+ in quality. At Kay’s, we refuse to add synthetic color in an effort to enhance the appearance of our gemstones. This only serves to minimize their value and, in our opinion, is not an ethical or proper way to serve our customers. 

What if I can’t find exactly what I want online or I desire a one-of-a-kind work of custom design jewelry?

We hope you enjoy exploring our online collection of diamond and gemstone pieces. However, we also know that sometimes delivering exactly what you desire requires a little extra design effort on our part and we’re more than happy to do it.

We will be happy to adapt our KFJ settings and concepts to match exactly what you desire. We can modify the center basket shape and size to fit your jewelry requirements. So have some fun! Go ahead and switch out that brilliant round diamond for an emerald cut, or if you see a ring you like a ruby center but would prefer a blue sapphire, we will be glad to make that happen for you.

Do you have stores if I want to personally purchase the product?

Yes! Kay’s Fine Jewelry is a family-owned brand born in the Caribbean Islands more than three decades ago. We have our family stores on the Caribbean Islands of Aruba, Bahamas, St. Kitts, St. Maarten, St. Thomas and soon Grand Cayman.

What if I need to resize a ring purchased from KFJ online?

No problem. We guarantee FREE resizing for any ring within 90 days of purchase. All you’re required to pay is the shipping to our service center in Florida. We’ll resize it and pay for the return shipping. Please note that Eternity Rings cannot be resized.

I want to give a KFJ piece as a gift. What are my options?

We are honored to be a part of this special purchase and we want you and the lucky gift recipient to both be thrilled you chose Kay’s Fine Jewelry. If you like, we will be happy to include a special note with your purchase. Simply tell us what you would like to say and we will create a lovely little accompaniment for your delivery. We can also provide a gift receipt just in case an exchange or return needs to be made. Also remember, we offer free ring resizing for 90 days, so if it is not a perfect fit, we will make it so at no charge.

Does KFJ offer engraving?

We offer FREE engraving on all custom jewelry designs. It is the perfect way to add that loving touch to your one-of-a-kind Kay’s Fine Jewelry piece.

Pricing, Insurance and Value

How do I know my diamond’s true value? Do I get a certified appraisal?

Every diamond and fine jewelry purchase at Kay’s Fine Jewelry (above $1000) comes with a certified lab appraisal for insurance and evaluation purposes. This appraisal is not conducted by KFJ. Rather, it is performed by the Universal Gemological Laboratory, Inc. (UGL). Located in New York, this is an entirely independent organization charged with assessing the value of diamonds and colored stones. Your appraisal will include a detailed description of your specific purchase, including carat weights and estimated replacement value in U.S. dollars. What is the KFJ policy on returns and exchanges?

We offer a NO QUESTIONS ASKED 30-DAY RETURN POLICY on all items purchased online. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we are happy to exchange purchases or refund your purchase price for any reason. All returns and exchanges must be returned to Kay’s Fine Jewelry in unworn and undamaged condition and be accompanied by all original sales documentation.

Can I purchase duty-free jewelry online?

YES, YOU CAN! As a special courtesy to all Kay’s Fine Jewelry online customers, we are happy to extend the same duty-free pricing you will find in our Caribbean Island stores. We cover the required duties on your behalf, so you can enjoy our exceptional tax-free values anytime, from anywhere in the U.S.

This applies to our entire collection of diamond engagement rings, diamond jewelry, and gemstones, and is one of the greatest advantages of shopping online with KFJ. Duty-free pricing can add up to substantial savings over comparable stones and jewelry purchased from companies based in the United States and worldwide. Does KFJ offer a warranty on jewelry purchases?

We take great pride in treating our customers like extended family and that means making sure that you are happy long after you have purchased your Kay’s Fine Jewelry Piece. That is why we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects on every purchase.

Should you have any issues with your KFJ purchase, simply contact us so we can understand the problem. We will then have the piece shipped to our Service Center in the United States for a complete evaluation of the issue by our expert jewelers.

If we find a defect in manufacturing or design, we will repair your piece at absolutely no charge and ship it back to you as good as new and entirely free of charge.

If turns out the problem was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a best-cost estimate at repairing the item before conducting any work. All repaired pieces are shipping back free of charge.

This warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen or experience trauma or damage that might occur during normal wear and tear over the life of a piece.

Payment Types

What credit cards are accepted for KFJ online purchases?

For your convenience we accept most major US, Canadian, UK and Australian credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit card orders placed online are done through a secure server for your security and identity protection. Beyond the billing address, we will ship your credit card order to any address in order to make gift purchases easy, as long as all security procedures are met.

What other payment methods do you accept?

Beyond major credit cards, Kay’s Fine Jewelry is happy to conduct transactions through bank wire payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.


How much is shipping?

Orders over $100 USD ship free! Orders under $100 USD will incur a flat $6 USD fee. Your item will be delivered within 15-25 days. If you need your order sooner, we offer guaranteed shipping within 14 days for $20 USD or expedited shipping within 3-5 days for $65 USD.

Are there any shipping restrictions?
We will ship your diamond ring, gemstone necklace, watch or any other purchase to a physical address anywhere in the world.  We are unable to ship to a PO Box.
Will Kay’s Fine Jewelry ship my purchase directly to me?

Yes! We will ship your diamond ring, gemstone necklace, watch or any other purchase made online to a physical address anywhere in the world absolutely FREE. However, we are not able to shop to a PO Box. You can expect to receive it within 15-25 days of your order confirmation. By the way, should you decide on the perfect complementary earrings or bracelet down the road, we will get those shipped to you for FREE as well.

Is there a way I can get my KFJ order shipped to me sooner?
Yes!!  In addition to our free shipping offer (delivered within 15-25 days), we can offer our Guaranteed Shipping for $20 USD and your purchase would arrive within 14 days.  If you need it sooner, we can also offer Expedited Shipping for $65 USD to arrive within 3-5 business days.
What if I am not home when the product is delivered?

If for any reason you are not home when your product is delivered, it will be kept by the delivery personnel. Your purchase is far too precious to be left at your doorstep. We ship every purchase using Federal Express and you will be emailed a Tracking Number with all the details about your shipment and its expected delivery date (Signature is Required). It is easy to monitor the status of your package throughout the shipping lifecycle online. Hopefully, this will help you make plans to be there when your shipment arrives. However, if circumstances arise that prevent you from signing for your KFJ purchase, it will be kept by Federal Express and you can either arrange for another delivery or pick it up at the local Federal Express facility.
