 Measure Your Finger

An easy way to find out your ring size is to measure your finger using a piece of paper or non-stretchy ribbon and then use our sizing chart that follows. 

Instructions

1. Use a non-stretch piece of string six inches long, or cut a strip of paper six inches long and at least a quarter inch wide.
2. Wrap it snuggly around your finger. Your ring should fit snug enough so it won’t fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
3. Use a pen to mark the point where the paper or string overlaps.
4. Measure the length on your ruler.
5. Use the Sizing Chart to determine your ring size.
6. If your ring size falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.

Some Tips

• Fingers tend to expand when it is warmer, so for the most accurate results measure your finger towards the end of the day.
• Measure your finger several times to make sure you are getting an accurate reading.

Measure a Ring That Already Fits

You very likely have a ring that already fits you, but perhaps you’ve forgotten the size. Print our Ring Sizing Guide and follow these instructions. When printing the guide, make sure to set your print size to 100%, do not choose the “scale to fit” setting.

Instructions

• Choose a ring that fits the intended finger.
• Place the ring over the circles in the Ring Sizing Guide.
• Place the ring over the different circles to find your size.
• Match the inside of the ring with the circles nearest in size. This measurement represents the inside diameter of the ring.
• If your ring size falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.

When you’re buying the ring as a surprise

This can make finding your sweetheart’s size a little harder, but not impossible. Here are a two tips to help you find her size.

1. Ask her friends or sister if they know her ring size. Remind them to keep it a secret!
2. Borrow one of your beloved’s rings and use our Ring Sizing Guide.
3. If you cannot find her size, choose a ring that is a common size, which is around 6-7 for women and 9-10 for men.
4. Relax! We offer free sizing for purchases for any ring within 90 days of purchase. All you have to do is pay the shipping.
